A 24-year-old Woodbridge man reported to police that he was in his residence in Sunday when he heard several loud bangs coming from the parking lot area.
The call was reported from the 12800 block of Island House Loop of Glen Ridge Commons apartments at 3:27 a.m. on April 8.

Police reports said once the man investigated the noise, he discovered several bullet holes in his vehicle’s hood and windshield. The car was unoccupied at the time and no injuries were reported, police said.
No other vehicles or property were damaged during the incident, according to Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok. Perok said the incident does not appear to be a random act and an investigation continues.

$10,000 in Electronics Stolen from Home
Police responded to a burglary in the 16700 block of Georgetown Road on April 8 where a homeowner reported three TVs, four computers, electronics and other items missing.
Perok said the homeowner reported the burglary occurred between 9 p.m. on April 7 and 2:30 a.m. on April 8. Police said entry appeared to have been made through a bedroom window that was forced open. The total value of the items reported missing is around $10,000.
Electronics Missing from Boat
A boat owner reported to police that a marine radio and related electronic equipment were stolen from the Pilothouse Marina on April 7.
The boat owner told police that the burglary occurred at 16223 Neabsco Road between 4 p.m. on April 3 and 12:15 p.m. on April 7. Perok said entry appeared to have been made into the living quarters of the boat through a sliding glass door that was forced open. The missing equipment was valued at $500.
