Woodbridge Man Charged With Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Firearms

Police have charged Woodbridge resident Tom Weir, 28, with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and firearms, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.
Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit conducted an investigation into the sale of marijuana in the 15900 block of Donald Curtis Drive in Woodbridge. The investigation wrapped up on July 11 with the execution of a search warrant at a house in the above area.

"As a result of the search and investigation, marijuana, firearms and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were seized," Perok said. Weir's arrest was made without incident.
Weir's court date is Aug. 17. He is being held on an $8,000 secured bond.
