Woodbridge Man's Alleged Sex-While-Driving Case Heads to Court

Washington Post's Tom Jackman reports on an unusual court case involving a Woodbridge resident.

A case regarding a high-speed car crash that originated in May 2010 is heading to trial in Fairfax County next week, but it's not as simple as it sounds.

The Washington Post reports that a "Woodbridge man was convicted in Fairfax district court for district court of drunken driving near Telegraph Road in May 2010."

But, Tom Jackman reports that allegations in court documents state that the defendant was driving 85 miles-per-hour on the Beltway, having sex with a female, driving admittedly drunk and was at the time of the accident either partially or totally in the backseat of the car.
