Alexandria native awarded for nearly 14 years at the company.
Mercedes Change, McDonald’s restaurant manager at in Woodbridge, VA has been named a 2011 Ray Kroc Award winner.

Mercedes is well deserving of the prestigious Ray Kroc Award. Her values and behaviors reflect those of the award and she demonstrates them daily. Her greatest asset is her ability to hire, train and most importantly retain great employees. She creates a wonderful atmosphere for both her team and her guests that visit her restaurant. Mercedes is highly motivated, dedicated and a tremendously loyal employee. Her management is extremely proud of her accomplishments and the terrific support of the team at Woodbridge.
