
Millie Han Wai Fung of Bellevue was one of 177 graduates from Harvey Mudd College, Claremont, Calif. During the 53rd Commencement held on May 15, Fung earned a bachelor of science degree. Fung attended the , Bellevue.
The 2011 Commencement speaker was Marissa Mayer, Google's first female engineer and the youngest member of its executive operating committee. During her 11 years at Google, Marissa has led product management and design efforts for Google web search, images, news, books, products, toolbar and iGoogle. She started at Google in 1999 as its 20th employee and first woman engineer.
President Maria Klawe, fifth president of Harvey Mudd College, presented the degrees to the graduates.
