• E. coli and Teriyaki do not mix (lexblog.com) — Public Health is investigating an E. coli O157 outbreak linked to Tokyo Stop Teriyaki in Bellevue, where at least five King County diners got sick after eating there in November and December. Officials are urging anyone who ate at the restaurant and later developed stomach illness to complete an online survey, while noting the restaurant temporarily closed for cleaning and has since reopened with improved food-safety practices.
