Did you know that October is Earthquake Preparedness Month? This year, BSD’s Safety and Security Department decided to produce a short song and video to highlight the proper safe quake actions of DROP, COVER and HOLD.
As you discuss earthquake preparedness with your family, we challenge you to produce short 5-10 second videos of your family members practicing DROP, COVER and HOLD, in various settings. Send us links to your family videos at CommunityRelations@bsd405.org, and we’ll make a montage for the district.

Please note: proper precautions were taken during sequences without masks — BSD bus drivers wear masks while transporting children. The man acting as our bus driver removed his mask to show him giving direction to the riders but was properly distanced from our cameraman throughout the filming.
