• 225-Unit Apartment Building Planned for Wilburton Neighborhood in Bellevue (downtownbellevue.com) — A new eight-story apartment building with up to 225 units is planned for Bellevue’s Wilburton neighborhood at 1200 116th Avenue NE, replacing an older medical office. About 10% of the homes are expected to be affordable, with underground parking and resident amenity decks but no retail space. The project is in design review now, with construction targeted to start in summer 2027.
