City University of Seattle will leave its headquarters in Bellevue for a new South Lake Union location. The school will maintain some classes on the Eastside, according to a press release.

The state announced they will waive the Pay-by-Plate fee -- 25 cents -- for drivers who were charged the week of Jan. 17 - 25.

Three homes were damaged in the slide. It has not been determined what caused the slide, which occurred just after the snow and ice storms that struck the region last week.
