What Did You Say? Recent Notable Comments on Bellevue Patch

This is a small sampling of what readers of Bellevue Patch have said here, on Facebook or on Twitter. Whether you don't like them, or you agree with them all, make your voice heard!

After a long hiatus, "What Did You Say?" is back. On its hiatus, I thought about how I shoud pick the comments that are featured here. When I pick the comments, they are not necessarily the ones I agree with -- they are simply the ones that are pithy, provocative or which just stand out in some way.

And, as I say in our subhead -- if you want different comments, feel free to add them yourself, or get involved in the conversation on our Facebook page or Twitter page (@BellevuePatch).

I am so proud of Suzy. She has worked hard to open up the world of Art not only to Sammamish residents but to all of Seattle too. I can't wait to see her work of art on Friday at the Bellevue Art Fair. Go Suzy Go!!

Why was the greatest growth in our economy when the top marginal rate was double was it is now. I can't believe how much whining people who make over 125k are producing over a tax increase of 3% that's all it took to balance the budge. I say if you make 125k you've got 3% more to spend on taxes without hurting.

Love that idea of playing bridge with parents--used to happen a lot. These days I'm too OLD to have any living parents, but what a great recipe for one of my fav orites--salmon. Any combination of fish and potatoes (or sill and potatoes my Swedish mom would say and we called it Silly Potatoes) from New England fish chowder to steamed codfish, a steamed potato and lots of melted parsley butter over all.
