EVERETT, Wash., October 20, 2021 – The 84th St NE corridor is an important east-west route for north Snohomish County residents between Marysville and Granite Falls. Snohomish County Public Works is working to improve the corridor from State Routes 9 to 92 and will hold a virtual public meeting on Thursday, Nov. 4, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to discuss the upcoming work.

Public Works is planning two new projects:

  • 84th St NE and 163rd Ave NE Intersection Improvements – construction is planned for 2023. The county proposes to construct a roundabout at this intersection to improve traffic flow and safety.
