YWCA Pathways for Women partners with Café Louvre for 8th year-end donation drive (myedmondsnews.com) — Edmonds’ Café Louvre is again hosting a year-end donation drive supporting YWCA Pathways for Women, which provides emergency shelter for single women and mothers with children. Through Dec. 31, you can drop off essential household items like bedding, towels, lamps, kitchenware and grocery gift cards to help families transition into independent housing.
   

2. EWHS Jazz I selected to perform in 2026 Hot Java Cool Jazz concert (myedmondsnews.com) — Edmonds-Woodway High School’s Jazz Ensemble I has been selected for the prestigious 2026 Starbucks Hot Java Cool Jazz concert at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre on March 27. The band will represent Edmonds alongside four other top Seattle-area high school jazz programs.
   

3. 'Tapped Out' comedy toy drive Dec. 21 at Peace of Mind Brewing (myedmondsnews.com) — A Sunday, Dec. 21 comedy show at Peace of Mind Brewing in Lynnwood is doubling as a toy drive to support low-income families in the Edmonds School District. Instead of tickets, guests are asked to bring new, unwrapped toys, with raffle prizes and plenty of local stand-up adding to the holiday fun.
   

4. Projected 700,000 sailing through a winter waterland aboard state ferries during final 13 days of the year (einpresswire.com) — If you’re catching the Edmonds/Kingston ferry for holiday travel, expect heavy crowds and minor schedule changes on Christmas and New Year’s Day. Washington State Ferries projects about 700,000 riders in the final 13 days of the year and outlines winter-season timetable adjustments, especially on Seattle/Bremerton and Fauntleroy/Vashon/Southworth routes.
