Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula Libraries Hosting Used Book Sales
Funds from the book sales will help library events for children and adults as well as furnishings and other needs at the libraries.

If you're bargain-hunting for used books, Pierce County Library System will be hosting book sales at its local branches in August and September.
Here are the events happening in Gig Harbor:
- Gig Harbor Pierce County Library, 4424 Point Fosdick Drive N.W., Saturday, Sept. 14, 10 a.m. β 4 p.m. Special pricing after 2 p.m.
- Key Center Pierce County Library, 8905 KPN, Lakebay, Saturday, Sept. 14, 10 a.m. β 4 p.m.
The book sales, hosted by Friends of the Libraries, will offer a variety of materials for all ages and interests, including hardback and paperback fiction and nonfiction, childrenβs books, cookbooks, reference books, audiobooks, music and movies.

The used books, CDs and DVDs were donated by local residents, and funds from the book sales will help the Friends sponsor events for children and adults as well as furnishings and other needs at the libraries.
