Peninsula School Funding + Geoduck Farming + Mask Threat

Happy hump day, Gig Harbor!

It's been a pretty quiet week so far — though, as they say, sometimes no news is good news. That said, I still have some interesting tidbits for you today. Tuesday I took some time diving through pandemic funding data to see how much money was being sent to local districts, including Peninsula School District. We've also got a look at a potential new geoduck farm up near Purdy that the Pierce County government wants people to weigh in on. As a kid, I used to go geoduck hunting with my parents up near hood canal, and I've always found the little critters both disgusting and adorable in equal measure. Hopefully you'll find them as interesting as I do.
