Purdy Bridge Work Next Week Means Big Detour For Key Peninsula Drivers
From Monday through Friday, a section of State Route 302 in Purdy will close from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Drivers will be detoured north.

Bridge maintenance on State Route 302 in Purdy will mean drivers on the Key Peninsula should prepare for a big detour at night.
A section of the highway will close fromΒ 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., from Monday through Friday.
The highway will close from the traffic light at Wye Connection to the Goodrich Road intersection. A signed detour will be in place using 66thΒ Avenue Northwest, Southeast Pine Road and 94thΒ Avenue Northwest.

During the closure, Washington State Department of Transportation crews will complete routine maintenance and repair the Purdy Spit bridge ends, making a smoother transition for drivers as they cross the bridge.Β
