Senate Democrats Schedule Legislative Town Halls

OLYMPIA – Senate Democrats will host a variety of town halls throughout their respective legislative districts this month to give residents an opportunity to voice their concerns. The whirlwind tour of town halls will run from March 16 through March 24.

Legislators scheduled to speak will give a synopsis of the work they've performed this session so far before taking questions and comments from constituents.

In Pierce County, senators and representatives from only the 26th (Gig Harbor) and 29th (Lakewood) Legislative Districts will offer town halls:

• 26th Legislative District Town Hall – March 23 with Sen. Randall. There will be three town halls between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., each at a different location. Find out more here.
