Today in Gig Harbor: African Adventure Kids Fun Day at Crescent Creek

Hey parents - here's a chance to take the kids on an African adventure without leaving Gig Harbor.

Invite your friends and come for a fun day full of kids activities and an amazing concert by Jim Valley. Jim's songs help children express themselves through music and movement. You aren't going to want to miss it!

The event takes place from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Crescent Creek park, 3303 Vernhardson St., Gig Harbor.

Every child will have an African passport to FUN! Go on a safari scavenger hunt, Make GIANT Bubbles, Epic water balloon fight every half hour, obstacle course, crocodile races, Rhythm station, DOOR PRIZES and SO much more!!  

Cost is: $15.00 per child or Family pass of $30.00.
Adults and children 2 and under are free.

Galaxy Theatres Uptown, Cutters Point Uptown, Coug Wear & Anchor Bay Mortgage, Jersey Mike's Subs, All Star Guitars, And Java & Clay. Cash or Checks can be made out to African Leadership Partners. 

Food and concessions will be for sale at the event by Jersey Mike's Subs.
