Lakewood's CenterForce Wins Grant From Rusty George Creative

Rusty George Creative is pleased to announce CenterForce as the 2013 recipient of the company’s Creative Grant. As a champion of the South Sound community, Rusty George Creative has awarded the grant annually for more than a decade.

The goal of the grant is to make a significant and meaningful difference for a locally-based and locally-focused organization. Each year, the employees at Rusty George Creative democratically choose the organization to support during the year. This year, ten highly-qualified organizations submitted their applications. Out of the ten, the staff at RGC were compelled to select CenterForce.

“Selecting from this group of highly qualified applicants was not easy,” according to Principal Rusty George. “Most have proven records of delivering high impact services in our community and share core values with our company. Our team chose with an eye for selecting diversity in the causes we support and committing to a project with great creative potential.”

As the recipient of the grant, CenterForce will receive pro-bono creative development and design which may include a rebrand, a new website and new marketing materials.

CenterForce is a private non-profit 501(c) 3 Community Rehabilitation agency that connects people with disabilities to their communities through work. The organization provides Supported Employment and Competitive Employment assistance, in both Pierce and King Counties. Additionally, they provide Community Access services to elderly adults with disabilities.

Rusty George Creative is a Tacoma, Washington based advertising, graphic design, interactive and branding agency. Founded in 1997, Rusty George Creative has developed and maintained a reputation of delivering quality creative that interacts with audiences and tells their customer’s stories.
