Endangered Tennessee Child May Be In Tacoma Area

Police are hoping someone has seen 12-year-old Treyvier Cureaux, who they believe was abducted from his Tennessee home and taken to Tacoma.

TACOMA, WA β€” The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Tacoma Police Department are looking for a missing 12-year-old boy, who may have been kidnapped and taken across the country to Tacoma.

According to investigators, Treyvier Cureaux is missing from his home in Clarksville, Tennessee since Wednesday. Officers believe he was taken to the Tacoma area by his non-custodial father, 34-year-old Larant Cureaux. Cureaux has been charged with kidnapping, and the Bureau of Investigations say they believe Treyvier may be in danger.

Treyvier is described as 5'1" tall, weighing 120 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. His father is 5'11", 230 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
