Late Start For Several Puyallup Schools Tuesday
A power outage has forced the delay for 11 schools in Puyallup.

PUYALLUP, WA — Several Puyallup schools will have a delayed start Tuesday due to a power outage, the school district said.
The schools will operate on a two hour late start schedule.
The following schools are impacted:

Elementary Schools:
- Fruitland
- Karshner
- Maplewood
- Meeker
- Shaw Road
- Spinning
- Stewart
Junior High Schools:

High Schools:
- Puyallup
- Walker
"All before-school activities will begin 2-hours late," the district said in a message posted to Facebook. "No AM or Extended Day Preschool. No AM Summit/IAES. Before school childcare programs through Right At School will operate 2-hours late, opening at 8:30 a.m."
