Pierce County Election Results 2018
Robnett defeats Lindquist for Pierce County prosecuting attorney; Herrera Beutler defeats Long for WA-3; and various proposition results.

As the election dust-ups began settling Tuesday evening, the results of Pierce County's races for various propositions and elected officials slowly took shape.
Voters appear to have rejected two out of three propositions seeking to retain and/or be allowed to increase levy rates for fire and emergency services provided by Fire Protection districts No. 6 and No. 17. However, a proposition to fund Emergency Medical Services provided by Fire Protection District No. 17 appears to have narrowly squeaked by.
Voters also approved East Pierce Fire & Rescue's request to issue $80 million in bonds to construct four new fire stations that would replace aging facilities, acquire land and construct a new fire station in Tehaleh, purchase new fire and emergency vehicles and equipment, and make other, unspecified capital improvements.
