· The Harnish Auto Group has submitted building permits to add a new Volkswagen dealership to their River Road location. As proposed, the existing Buick-GMC building at 9th Avenue NW and River Road would be converted to a VW dealership. The Buick-GMC operation would move to another building on the site, as part of a major property redevelopment.
