Tacoma Man Who Crashed Motorcycle In Portland Dies
Portland police say Jimmie Luff, 48, died Tuesday from injuries he sustained in a motorcycle crash this past Saturday.

PORTLAND, OR - A 48-year-old Tacoma man on Tuesday reportedly succumbed to injuries he sustained in a motorcycle crash in Portland, Oregon, last Saturday. Portland police announced the death of Jimmie O. Luff on Wednesday.
Luff was reportedly traveling north on Interstate 205 when he rear-ended another commuter at exit 22, north of Northeast Glisan Street in east Portland, just before 9:45 p.m. Dec. 29. After striking the vehicle with his motorcycle, Luff reportedly fell to the ground and was struck multiple times by other drivers.
Luff was suffering from serious, life-threatening injuries by the time emergency responders arrived and took him to hospital where he subsequently died Jan. 1.

No arrests have been made or citations issued in connection with Luff's death, though Portland police are still investigating the crash.
