Wreck on SR 512 Halts Friday Rush Hour Traffic

Three vehicles were involved in a crash that halted rush hour traffic on SR 512 Friday afternoon, according to Washington State Patrol public information officer Guy Gill.

Around 6 p.m., a tow truck heading westbound on SR 512 left the roadway to the left and struck a cable barrier in the median, entering the eastbound lanes, Gill tweeted. Two other vehicles were involved.

As of 7:14 p.m. Friday evening, that eastbound lanes are finally open but westbound remains closed while crews cleared the roadway.
