City Seeks Artists for Central Connector Project

The City of Redmond is now accepting applications from individual artists or groups of artists who would like to design a public art installation for the .

The selected artist or group of artists will create artwork for the initial 1.1-mile section of the RCC trail and assist in identifying additional opportunities for artists. The overarching vision for the trail is one that incorporates the city's technology-savvy lifestyle and picturesque natural surroundings.

The deadline to submit portfolios is Oct. 11. The artist budget for the project is $85,000.
