Washington ranked sixth nationwide for net U-Haul arrivals in 2025, with younger movers especially drawn to jobs and outdoor recreation across both sides of the state.
• As AI Grows, Should We Move Data Centers to Space? (time.com) — A Redmond startup called Starcloud is testing a first-of-its-kind data-processing satellite as part of a broader push to move energy-hungry data centers into space. The project aims to slash electricity and water use by relying on solar power and the cold of space for cooling, though it will take years and many rocket launches before any large-scale orbital data center becomes reality.
