Redmond Patch Week in Review
Here's a recap of some of our top stories from the past seven days.

Sunday: We , a Rose Hill shop that's becoming known as a regional destination for home brewing supplies. The family-owned business is continuing to grow; Mountain Homebrew moved into a larger storefront in Rose Hill Plaza earlier this year.
Monday: This week's About Town column , who is leading her condo association in "going green." With help from the City of Redmond, Fouillade brought composting to her condo community and is working to introduce other sustainability initiatives as well.
Tuesday: We , Five Guys Burger and Fries, and were happy to report the local outpost of the national chain sticks to what it does best: simply delicious burgers and French fries. Added bonus: free unlimited self-serve peanuts for all customers.

Thursday: We that is operated by the nonprofit Muslim Association of Puget Sound (MAPS) and held its grand opening last weekend. Hyder Ali, president of MAPS’ board of directors, says MAPS wants the new center to be an asset for the Redmond community at large.

Friday: We of a story we first reported back in August about a group of Redmond teenagers and senior citizens who are teaming up to grow vegetables for Hopelink. The volunteers began to harvest their space at the Redmond Senior Center earlier this week.
