9:35 a.m., 17500 block of NE 67th Court: Several fraudulent checks were cashed on a business account. Investigation ongoing with bank security.

9:38 a.m., 8800 block of 161st Ave. NE: A 78-year-old Redmond woman was detained on suspicion of third-degree shoplifting at a local grocery store.

10:21 a.m., 17500 block of NE 67th Court: A vehicle waiting to be restored was damaged in a parking lot.

10:27 a.m., 6200 block of 189th Place NE: A Redmond woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting her husband.

12:40 p.m., 1300 block of 179th Court NE: A resident reported a burglary. She said she was missing an iPod and small amount of cash from her car that was parked unlocked inside the open garage.

2:06 p.m., 7500 block of 132nd Ave. NE: Redmond Police took a stolen vehicle report.

2:07 p.m., 15800 block of NE 51st St.: A resident returned after eight days on vacation and found all of her mail taken from her unsecured mailbox.

2:28 p.m., 11300 block of 179th Court NE: A resident reported his mountain bike, along with a number of tools and equipment, were taken from his unlocked van overnight.

4:17 p.m., 14800 block of NE 24th St.: Redmond Police responded to a report of fraudulent checks being written for approximately $7,000 dollars. The case is under investigation.

4:30 p.m., 6000 block of 137th Ave. NE: A Redmond citizen reported someone put glue in her door locks.

6:07 p.m., 7800 block of Leary Way: Redmond Police investigated a car prowl in which unknown suspect(s) entered a vehicle and stole a laptop computer.
