No leads at this time.  3:27 p.m., Novelty Hill Road and Avondale Road: Redmond Police investigated a theft complaint. 7:07 p.m., 7800 block of 168th Ave. NE: Redmond police contacted a local transient with alcohol in Anderson Park. Thursday, Jan. 26 1:13 a.m., 11100 block of Avondale Road: Redmond Police conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested a 29-year-old Seattle man on suspicion of possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.
