Redmond Target Store to Begin Selling Fresh Produce
The Redmond store will join hundreds of other Target locations around the country in selling fresh fruits, vegetables and packaged meats.

will begin selling fresh produce this Sunday, Oct. 9, according to signs posted around the store.
The location will join more than 350 other Target stores around the country that already sell fresh fruit, vegetables, packaged meats and baked goods. The company's so-called "PFresh" program was started in response to customer feedback, a Target spokesperson .
"Target guests have requested more fresh food selection in the convenience of their local Target store," said Jamie Bastian, the spokesperson.

Bastian said Target typically spends between $2 and $4 million for each Pfresh remodel.
