What's Your Passion? Share It With the Community as a Patch Blogger

We're still looking for more bloggers to add their voices to Redmond Patch.

I'm regularly asked what makes Redmond Patch different from all the other local news sources out there.

In my mind, it all comes down to one word: collaboration. We want Redmond Patch to be a local gathering place, a spot where residents and community leaders go to not only read about what's going on, but to share their own news and insights as well.

There are several ways for readers to contribute to Patch (including our user-friendly events calendar and announcements section), but I think one of the most exciting features of the site is our Local Voices blogging platform, where people from every corner of the community can gather to share their passions and swap ideas.

No matter what your interest is—sports, cooking, outdoor pursuits, local history, arts and crafts, you name it—there's a home for you on Redmond Patch as a community blogger. There is no requirement for how often you post or how long you write (although shorter is usually better!).

We are still looking for local people to join our blogging team and add their voices to our online conversation. For more information, please contact me at Caitlin.Moran@patch.com.
