RENTON, WA –

Access to some of the City of Renton’s information systems is currently limited as a result of a cybersecurity incident we discovered Wednesday. We have launched an investigation of the incident with the assistance of a cybersecurity firm. While some communications systems are down, we want to assure you that critical operations such as public safety and utility systems are functioning.

We are working diligently to bring our systems back online, and you can get a list of currently available city services below. We appreciate your patience as we work through this incident.

  • Business Licenses
  • Court Payments (criminal and infractions, photo enforcement)
  • Tax and Licensing Renewal
  • Utility Bill
