Eastbound 520 Bridge Closure Planned Saturday Night
The bridge will be closed to eastbound vehicle traffic overnight Saturday, allowing crews to pour more concrete on the Seattle side.

SEATTLE — Drivers with weekend trips between Seattle and the Eastside will want to plan ahead for an overnight closure impacting the eastbound lanes of the State Route 520 bridge this weekend.
The Washington State Department of Transportation plans to close the bridge to eastbound traffic between Interstate 5 in Seattle and 92nd Avenue Northeast on the Eastside for 12 hours, beginning at 9 p.m. Saturday.
The closure will allow crews to pour more concrete for the new eastbound SR 520 lid. The closure will not impact access to the SR 520 trail.
