SPD Blotter: Police Seek Identity Of Man Involved In Killing Of 15-Year-Old At 3rd And Pine

Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying a man involved in the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy at 3rdAvenue and Pine Street on March 2nd.

Surveillance cameras in the area captured images of a light-skinned male with dark hair, wearing a black hooded jacket, blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and white Adidas shoes.

He was wearing a black backpack with a white vertical stripe and writing on the back, and was carrying a large white or grey tote bag. The male may also have a large tattoo on his left hand.
