Ballinger building to be used for fire training January 12 - 16, 2026 (shorelineareanews.com) — Expect smoke, sirens, and fire crews around 2902 NE 200th Street in Shoreline next week as local firefighters use a soon-to-be-demolished Ballinger neighborhood building for live training.
