Vienna Star Student 'Has A Good Mind & An Even Better Heart'

Vienna, WV — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

I am his half Aunt

Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?

Jaxon devotes himself to being a good student (National Honor Society). He is a member of his high school band plus their jazz band (plays alto sax). He always helps set up for any band event plus put away all equipment etc. The band participates in many community as well as school events, and he always is there. This includes numerous funds raisers for the high school music department. In addition he is a teachers assistant at the high school. Jaxon lives with his father who is a disabled veteran. Jaxon provides numerous health care services for his dad including administering medications and injections and general chores support.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?

He has a good mind and an even better heart.
