MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI — Authorities issued an Amber Alert on Tuesday afternoon for a 3-year-old Manitowoc County child.

Elijah Vue is white, 3 feet tall, 45 pounds, and has sandy hair, brown eyes, and a birthmark on his left knee. He was last seen near 3900 Mishicot Road in Two Rivers, authorities said.

Elijah was wearing gray sweatpants, a long-sleeved dark-colored shirt, and red and green dinosaur slip-on shoes, according to police.
