Wisconsin Congressman Tests Positive For Coronavirus
Rep. Bryan Steil, who represents the 1st congressional district, tested positive for the coronavirus on Sunday.

WISCONSIN—Wisconsin Rep. Bryan Steil, who represents the 1st congressional district, tested positive for the coronavirus on Sunday, according to a statement from Steil.
The statement said Steil began experiencing mild symptoms over the weekend.
“Following CDC guidelines, I am immediately quarantining and will continue serving the people of Southeast Wisconsin from my home in Janesville,” he said in a statement.
Steil was first elected in 2018 and won reelection in November for Wisconsin’s 1st congressional district, which includes Kenosha and Racine counties and portions of Milwaukee, Rock, Walworth and Waukesha counties.
