Women Who Have Found Success in Typically Male-Dominated Industries Featured at October 19th Event in Waukesha

The award-winning Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) presents “Celebrate Women in Business” on October 19, 2023, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Milwaukee Marriott West, W231 N1600 Corporate Court, Waukesha, Wis. 53186.

GBCC is celebrating a panel of women who have found their success in typically male-dominated industries. They will share their successes, challenges, and wisdom gained. Join us for lunch, hear from your peers, come with your questions, and meet and celebrate other women in business.

Judie Taylor, president of DUECO Safecurity LLC will be the panel moderator, and panelists are Jessie Cannizzaro, owner, Milestone Plumbing, Lori Choinski, commercial real estate broker, Gerald Nell Inc.; Melody Narr, founder LandWorks Inc.; and, Trish Rasberry, general manager, Lake Country Dockhounds.

National Women’s Small Business Month takes place each year during the month of October. It is a time to recognize the myriad achievements of our country’s female entrepreneurs and the positive impact they are making on jobs and the economy.

While this program is featuring women business leaders, men are welcome to attend and join in the discussion. The reality is, we can all learn from others.”
