Why are you seeking elective office?

I want to make sure decisions are being made that take into account scientific and medical recommendations - So many decisions recently have been made on feelings, while ignoring the facts - That is not a sustainable way of ensuring a good education for our kids.

The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

the pandemic response. I want to re-institute the medical advisory board - this is an evolving situation, and we need to be ready to act in the best interests of our children.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I have two children currently in the district - One at Brookfield Central and one at Wisconsin Hills. I am engaged with the high school students through the LAUNCH program.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)

We have failed to adopt several measures that could have curbed the spread of the COVID virus through our community. We also are failing in preparing our kids to enter a diverse workforce, by not enhancing our social studies curriculum.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

The best advice ever shared with me was:

Have an open mind

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
