BROOKFIELD, WI—A cookie restaurant is coming to Brookfield possibly by early spring.
Crumbl Cookies signed a lease Brownstones Shopping Center in Brookfield. The space is 2,744 square feet, according to retail broker Josh Minkin of Colliers.
Utah-based Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, according to the cookie website.

The cookie chain serves a weekly rotating menu of four specialty cookie flavors, the website said.
The signature milk chocolate chip cookie is always on the menu.

"The brand now focuses on developing unique and delicious cookies inspired by popular flavors, foods, desserts of all kinds - from pies to cakes to candies and more," the website said.
Crumbl has 221 locations in 34 states including four in Wisconsin. There are more locations planned in Germantown, Appleton and Grafton, the website said.
