Loaf and Jug: What's Your Favorite Way to Make a Sandwich?

The sandwich options at Loaf and Jug are about as varied as the options of places to eat in Brookfield.

The made-to-order restaurant goes beyond freshly served sandwiches, allowing patrons to design the food they're about to eat.

Upon entering the restaurant awaits a sheet where customers can choose meats, cheeses, salads, dressings and bread options and more for their very own creations. 

Patch Local Editor Lyssa Beyer gave the restaurant a try, combining colby cheese, salami, sprouts, mustard and tomatoes on a wheat bread for a deliciously chosen lunch.
