BROOKFIELD, WI — A new drive-in movie theater could open as soon as May 29 after Brookfield Town officials approved a request by Marcus Majestic Cinema, 770 N. Springdale Road to set up a temporary theater on their grounds.
According to a Waukesha Freeman report, the outdoor cinema could hold up to 120 cars, and show movies rated G, PG and PG-13.
The report stated the movies would be shown on a massive screen affixed to the east side of the theater. Additional approvals need to be granted before Marcus can set up the cinema, officials said.
