The month is March, here comes the melting snow, muddy shoes and MAPLE SUGAR! Join us as we travel through the stages of making maple syrup, from tapping trees to boiling sap and eating pancakes. We’ll begin with a story about the discovery of maple syrup, followed by a slideshow on the magic of maple sugar. Then we’ll visit the Schlitz Sugarbush and Evaporator! We’ll top it off with real maple syrup over silver dollar pancakes!
