Craft Your Own “Peanut Butter Finger” Candy!
Join us for a fun and delicious class where you’ll learn to make your very own irresistible “Peanut Butter Finger” candy, inspired by a classic favorite! This hands-on workshop is perfect for candy enthusiasts of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced bakers looking to master a new treat.
In this class, you’ll discover the secrets to creating that perfect crispy, crunchy texture combined with a rich, creamy peanut butter center, all enrobed in a smooth chocolate coating, or without chocolate.
You’ll leave this class with a batch of your own handmade “Peanut Butter Finger” candies to enjoy and share, along with the confidence and skills to recreate this iconic treat at home. All ingredients and equipment will be provided. Just bring your sweet tooth and a desire to create!

About the Pastry Chef: Catrine Roen has been a NYC pastry chef for over a decade, working in bakeries, fine dining, and as a chef instructor at The French Culinary Institute in SoHo. She has crafted her chocolate skills in France. Her experience is not limited to chocolate, she has a wide range of knowledge in pastries, confections, and bread baking.
