Milwaukee Woman Arrested for Outstanding Warrant witih Mequon Police

Fox Point Police ran her plates, discovering she had unpaid citations.

A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was driving through when a police officer ran her license plates and discovered they were suspended for unpaid citations.

Officers pulled her over in the 500 block of W. Brown Deer Road around 3 p.m. Monday. She said she was aware of the suspension and had planned to take care of it the following day, but her case wasn't helped when officers also discovered she had an outstanding warrant with Mequon police.

A Mequon officer met the Fox Point officer at County Line Road to take custody of the woman. She was cited by Fox Point police for operating a vehicle with registration suspension and operating with a suspended drivers license.
