A total of 283 Nicolet High School students tossed their caps in celebration Sunday as they crossed the graduation stage at the Milwaukee Theater. 

Keynote speeches about the hashtag and a heartfelt speech about the importance of cultural diversity garnered thunderous applause. Eight students were specially recognized taking a special spot on the stage, including:

  • Michelle Tong, student council president, of Glendale.
  • Parnian Adunasr-Shiraz, senior class president, of Glendale.
  • Joshua Agterberg, keynote speaker, of Fox Point.
  • Benjamin Levey, keynote speaker, of Fox Point.
The following four students did not give a speech, however were recognized for graduating at the top of their class:
  • Amelia Scott, Fox Point
  • Conor Wahrman, Glendale
  • Emma Wathen, Bayside
  • Michael Yarmulnik
