Suburban Crime: 4-Year Sentence in Child Porn Case

Prison sentence levied: A 21-year-old Waukesha man received a four-year prison sentence for possession of child pornography, and now awaits a February trial on charges of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Muskego boy.

Student arrested for bomb threat: Police in Greenfield arrested a high school student in connection with a bomb threat against the school. Authorities deemed the threat β€œnot credible.”

Resident confronts burglar: A Wauwatosa resident described a confrontation with a possible burglar about 5 p.m. on Saturday. The trespasser threatened to kill the resident; no one was harmed in the incident.

Guilty in bomb threat: In Shorewood, a man who threatened to blow up two apartment buildings in August pleaded guilty last week. He will be sentenced Jan. 31.

Sexual assault charges: A 32-year-old Waukesha man is charged with sexually assaulting a friend’s 14-year-old stepdaughter in a 2011 incident.

Hit-and-run sentence: A Saukville man charged with hit-and-run β€” in a Fish Day incident where he struck a friend β€” changed his plea to guilty and will be sentenced Jan. 23.
