Two New Businesses Soon to Call Fox Point Home
A build-your-own yogurt and smoothie shop and a resale clothing store will move into Bradley Place and RiverPoint Shopping Center.

RiverPoint and Bradley Place Shopping Centers will soon be welcoming new shops to their properties after unanimous approval by the Fox Point Village Board on Tuesday night.
Red Mango Yogurt and Smoothies is a do-it-yourself yogurt and smoothie shop that allows patrons to stack up the goodies and create their own sweet — and relatively healthy — icy treats. Peter and Elizabeth Braatz of Thiensville will run the Fox Point location that will make its new, 1,465-square-foot home in the in the old Learning Shop location.
"Our niche is that it's a healthy, frozen dessert," Peter Braatz said during the Plan Commission meeting. "So, most of our toppings are fruits, nuts and granolas and some cereals, and a few sweet things — but mostly it's healthy things."

Red Mango will bring about 20 new jobs to Fox Point and will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Construction is scheduled to begin April 1, with opening day slated for June 1.
"It's a self-serve frozen yogurt concept," Peter said. "There's five machines. You go with your cup and fill it with whatever yogurts you prefer and top it with whichever toppings you prefer."

Another business moving into Fox Point is the New Again Resale Shop. This used clothing store will move into Bradley Place and hopes to open Friday. The 1,018 square foot store will feature clothing for men, women and children as well as alteration services. Owner Trenice Jackson said she will also offer accessories.
This new business will not necessarily bring any new jobs to Fox Point as Jackson only listed one employee in her application to the Plan Commission. New Again Resale Shop will be open Monday through Thursday, 4 to 8 p.m., Friday 1 to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
