Milwaukee County's Most Wanted Non-Compliant Sex Offenders

The photos above are of the top most wanted men by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office for non-compliance.

When a sex offender is non-compliant, it means that the person has not completed all of the requirements for supervised release into a community. These offenses can be things like moving to a new residence without prior approval; purchasing, posessing or carrying firearms; or maintaining a relationship with any adult who has children under the age of 18.
